Walk-Through Inspections — $30
Inspections are estimated to take 1 to 1 .5 hours at most, and will ensure service timeliness, accurate price estimations, and quality service for our clients!
When providing a service for those who have successfully received a walk-through inspection, this fee may become a discount on your final invoice!

First-Time Client — $20/Hour
This first-time rate is higher than our subsequent cleaning service rates due to the fact that our cleaners will spend more time, exert more effort, and pay more in supply costs in order to fully clean and sanitize our clients’ properties.
Services following a First-Time Deep-Cleaning Service include other regularly-scheduled tasks that can’t be provided during a first-time service. Contact us for more details!

General-Cleaning Services — $60+
General cleaning services include regular, rotating maintenance tasks, and also include tasks such as those found in housekeeping services, maid services, and more. Recurring tasks are tailored to meet the specific needs of many, with this general reset creating a fresh, clean environment for residents, visitors, and guests!

Deep-Cleaning Services — $100+
Deep-cleaning services include cleaning and sanitation of the entire building, from the ceiling* to the floor.
*Surfaces unreachable when standing on a 3-step ladder not included.

Assistance Services — Pricing May Vary
These services may include tasks such as removal of trash for those who are out of town, disabled, or otherwise unable to do so, full-time or temporarily.
For other services not listed here which may be relevant to clients’ individual needs, we strive to provide for and accommodate the individual needs of clients who request “Assistance Services” to the best of our ability!
